SHED-LESS TREATMENTS
The Shed-Less Treatment is a four-part process that removes a dog or cat's loose undercoat hair. This treatment is helping get rid of hair that will eventually end up on furniture and clothes.
Many pets shed continuously throughout the year, while others may “blow” their coat seasonally. There is no way to completely eliminate shedding, however, a Shed-Less Treatment can help keep your house from being overrun by tumbleweeds of fur in every nook and cranny. There are also a couple of health benefits of deshedding. For dogs, it removes some of the hot, dense undercoat which can help them stay cooler during steamy summers.
All products used are non-drying and hypoallergenic, so they are still gentle on the skin while strengthening the hair shafts and follicles. The Shed-Less Treatment is done in four steps:
1) HYDRO MASSAGE BATH AND IN-BATH HAND DESHEDDING
This helps to separate and release loose hair that would naturally fall out during shedding.
2) MUD BATH TREATMENT
An all-natural de-shedding mud bath removes more loose hair, releasing the undercoat and unclogging hair follicles.
3) HIGH VELOCITY BLOW OUT
Removes even more dead hair.
4) HAND DESHEDDING
Using specialized tools that have been developed to remove undercoat, hair is efficiently and painlessly removed leaving a healthy, shiny coat!
After the first treatment, you can expect shedding to be reduced by about 75%. You may experience some shedding of the loosened hair over the first 12-24 hours after you take your pet home. For extended and continually improved results, the treatment should be repeated as recommended for the breed.
